Screen Printing
Screen printing has been around nearly as long as the T-Shirt and is the most traditional method for applying a design to a t-shirt . This process involves creating stencils for each color in the design and applying the colors individually. screen printing works great for large orders as the cost per piece drops significantly as the quantity increases. Since the ink is very thick and opaque clients are able to get extremely vibrant colors especially on dark garments. This method is perfect for multi color high production orders.
Direct to Garment (DTG)
DTG printing is the new scrappy kid on the block in terms of age. This technology has only been around since roughly 2003 and disrupted the printing industry when first introduced. DTG printing had a large number of disadvantages in the early years due to limited technology however a lot has changed since then. Our printers are able to produce extremely high detail images in full color using water based eco friendly ink that leaves a soft hand and great feel. This method is perfect for full color low to mid production orders and photo quality prints.
Embroidery
Embroidery has always been an important part of corporate and business apparel. When a logo is embroidered, the brand is also perceived as representing a high quality company. Embroidery is extremely durable making it the go to choice for uniforms. Quality embroidery thread is designed to stand up to heavy laundering with colors that won’t fade in wash water as hot as 203° F. It is more common for a shirt to wear out before the embroidered image does. This method is perfect for uniforms. Commonly used on Polo shirts but also within the medical, restaurant and industrial industries.
